And that’s all I have to say about that.

Bubba Gump’s.

Hahahaha, no.  Really, I have a lot to say about that:

  1. Bubba Gump Shrimp Company is a Forrest Gump themed restaurant.
  2. Bubba Gump Shrimp Company has locations all over the United States
  3. When my family is visiting New York City, the mecca of interesting dining choices, we always hit the Bubba Gump’s in Time’s Square.
  4. My mom hates that we do that.
  5. My mom hates Bubba Gump’s.
  6. My mom almost cried when I saw a Bubba Gump’s in Nashville.  I acquiesced as to not cause her trauma and we instead ate at The Chicken Hut.  Regrets.
  7. The wait staff cannot stump any member of my family on Forrest Gump trivia.
  8. Two of us have shirts from Bubba Gump’s
  9. I am one of the two.
  10. We love flipping the sign at the table that says “Run Forrest Run” so the wait staff knows we are okay and don’t need them to “Stop Forrest Stop”.
  11. We have been to Bubba Gump Shrimp Company in at least four cities; New York, Charleston, Orlando, and now Chicago.
